  • A short video made from your own photos and footage
  • Basic SEO on every page: titles, descriptions, headings, image text and a sitemap
  • Google and Bing set up under your own accounts: your sitemap sent, your main pages checked and your Business Profile linked
  • A contact form with spam protection, plus one button to call, order or book
  • Buttons that open your business in Google Maps and Apple Maps
  • One round of changes
  • A private preview before you pay

Not included

  • Your domain, about $10 to $12 a year
  • POS, ordering, booking or delivery software you already use
  • Lead tracking and reviews, in Get found and trusted
  • Edits after launch, quoted per request

$1,000 one-time website build. No monthly management contract required. Third-party costs (domain, POS, ordering, delivery), if any, are separate.

How it goes

  1. A short call and a page plan15 minutes on the phone. Then you OK the plan for your pages before I build.
  2. A photo visitAbout 30 minutes at your place. Your real photos make the site look like your business.
  3. Your preview in about a weekOn a private link. You pay nothing yet.
  4. Changes, then launchOne round of changes, then you pay half. The other half when it goes live on your domain.

Get found and trusted

Your Google Business Profile set up right, your real reviews on your site, a review-request kit and lead tracking: $500 once. Together with the website, $1,400.

Where do you work?

I'm in Miami. I come to you for the photo visit in Miami, Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Kendall and Doral.

Who builds my site?

I do, from the first call to launch. I build with AI tools, which is how I keep the price at $1,000.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

Nobody can promise that, so I won't. I build every page so Google can read it, send your sitemap, and show you what Google has received and what it has indexed.

What else might I pay for?

Your domain, about $10 to $12 a year. Hosting on Cloudflare Pages is free. Changes after launch are quoted per request.

Can we talk in Spanish?

Sí. We can do the whole project in Spanish, and your site can be in English and Spanish.
