Terms of use
The rules for using this website, in plain English. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Who runs this site
Better Front Door is a one-person web design business run by Nabil Torres in Miami, Florida. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Prices and projects
The prices, examples and descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer for a specific project.
A project starts only when we agree on it in writing. The written agreement and the invoice set the price, the scope and the timing, and they win over anything on this site.
Examples and concepts
The Rock Yard Miami and Eduardo M. Pimentel, P.A. are real websites I built.
Marlin Roofing and Cafecito Dorado are design concepts for fictional companies. Names, numbers and menus inside them are placeholders.
No promised results
I build websites to help businesses get more calls, bookings and orders, but I can't promise specific results, search rankings, leads or sales. Those depend on many things outside my control.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, photos and videos on this site belong to me or are used with permission or under their licences (credits are in the footer). Please don't copy them for your own site.
For client projects, who owns what is set in the written agreement for that project.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites are there for convenience. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
The site as it is
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Florida law
Florida law applies to these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Your information and changes
How I handle what you send me is on the Privacy policy page, linked at the bottom of every page.
If these terms change, I'll update them here and change the date at the top of this page.
